You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Article 4 - The Agreement
The agreement is established at the moment you definitively place the order and meet the set conditions.
Article 5 - Delivery
Nero takes the greatest care in processing orders. Delivery costs and times are stated clearly during the checkout process.
